Impact started with a simple observation: too many children in Nairobi were not getting the education they needed. Some were lost in overcrowded classrooms where teachers could not possibly give individual attention. Others were struggling with a curriculum that did not suit their learning style. A growing number of families were considering homeschooling but did not know where to start or how to do it properly.
We built Impact to solve these problems. Not as a massive institution with thousands of students, but as a focused, high-quality centre where every child is known, every family is heard and every teacher is genuinely invested in their students' success.
Today, we serve over 500 students across five curricula, delivered through three learning modes. We are a registered examination centre for Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel and KNEC. But the thing we are most proud of is not the numbers. It is the fact that parents consistently tell us their child is happier, more confident and achieving more than they did before.

We do not label students as "clever" or "struggling." We believe every child can succeed with the right support, and we work to find what works for each individual.

We would rather lose an enrolment by being honest about what we can and cannot offer than win one by overpromising. Trust is built on truth, not slick presentations.
We could grow faster if we lowered our standards. We choose not to. Small classes, qualified teachers and personal attention are not negotiable at Impact.
We deliver international curricula but with an understanding of Kenya's culture, environment and job market. Our students are globally competitive and locally grounded.
