Admissions Process

We keep it simple because we know you have enough to think about. No long application forms, no waiting months for a response.

1

Book a Consultation

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or through our online form. We schedule a free 30-minute consultation at a time that suits you. This can be in person, by phone or on a video call.

2

Assessment & Discussion

We assess your child's current level (this is not a pass/fail test, just a baseline), discuss your goals, explain curriculum options and answer every question you have. You will leave with a clear recommendation.

3

Enrol & Start

Complete the enrolment form, pay the required fees and your child can usually start within a few days. We do not make you wait for the beginning of a term. Flexibility is part of what we offer.

What You Need

  • Completed enrolment form (we provide this)
  • Copy of the child's birth certificate or passport
  • Two passport-size photographs
  • Most recent school report or transcript (if available)
  • Copy of parent/guardian ID
  • Immunisation records (for younger students)

Transferring from another school? We do not require a leaving certificate to start learning. If your child is mid-term at another school, they can begin at Impact immediately and you sort the transfer paperwork separately. We will guide you through it.

Entry Requirements

  • Early Years: No formal requirements. A brief informal assessment to understand the child's developmental stage.
  • Primary: Basic literacy and numeracy appropriate for age. Assessment helps us identify the right starting point.
  • Junior High: Foundation knowledge in core subjects. Assessment helps identify any gaps from previous schooling.
  • Senior High: Previous academic records reviewed. Assessment in proposed subjects to ensure appropriate placement.

No child is refused for low grades. If a student has gaps, we create a plan to close them. That is literally what we do.

Frequently Asked Questions About Admissions

Can my child start mid-term?
Yes. We accept enrolments at any point during the term. Your child will be assessed and placed at the appropriate point in the syllabus. Most students settle in within the first week.
Is there an entrance exam?
We do not have a pass/fail entrance exam. We run a diagnostic assessment to understand your child's current level. This is for placement purposes, not rejection. We have never turned away a student because of assessment results.
How long does the admissions process take?
From first contact to first day of class, typically 3 to 7 working days. Sometimes faster if you have all documents ready. We do not believe in making families wait unnecessarily.
Can I switch from in-centre to online (or vice versa) after enrolling?
Absolutely. You can switch learning modes at any point during the term. We just need a week's notice to make the logistical adjustments. Many families use a hybrid approach.
